Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A FOOT DOCTOR IN IDAHO FALLS, AMMON, SHELLEY, RIGBY, REXBURG, OR JACKSON HOLE?
- Our office is conveniently located on 17th street in Ammon, and is easily accessible from Highway 20 and Highway 26.
- If you are coming from Rigby or Rexburg on Highway 20, take the Hitt Road (25th E.) exit south to 17th street.
- We are a reasonable drive from Jackson Hole Wyoming. From Highway 26, take Ammon Rd or Hitt Rd south to 17th street.
- Shelley is only 20 minutes away from our location. Take the Yellowstone Highway north to 17 street and head east.
